Michelle Ellis, Executive Director of Operations
has over 35 years of experience in early care and education. She has been an influential part of the Care a lot team since 1996. Starting as an Assistant Teacher, she worked her way up to Center Director for Care-a-lot and has continued to grow with First Learning. She is responsible for the daily operations of all centers and excels at developing and promoting staff and building relationships with parents. She has a degree in Human Services and her Administrator Credential which is pertaining to childcare specifically. She is an active participant in Quality Stars and continues to advocate for families so that they can have quality care! Her continued passion for Children, families, and staff will continue to remain her top priority. Michelle believes that when staff are happy they will keep the children happy and when the children are happy parents will be happy therefore keeping them with any one of our centers that fall under the First Learning umbrella.
