A significant emphasis is placed on maintaining a healthy workplace culture. Regular pulse surveys are conducted to gauge employee satisfaction and well-being. Additionally, a monthly Culture Club is held to reinforce and celebrate the positive aspects of the work environment.

To deliver quality education, the centers implement the HighScope curriculum, a research-based approach that promotes active learning. This curriculum, along with the various accreditations, underscores the centers' commitment to excellence in early childhood education.

Continuous Investment in Facilities

In 2023, over $500,000 was allocated toward capital improvements to enhance the quality and environment of our facilities. This ongoing investment reflects our commitment to providing top-notch care and education in state-of-the-art settings.

Leveraging Technology for Quality & Efficiency

We utilize advanced technology platforms to improve operational efficiency and educational quality. Key tools include Kangarootime for streamlined center management, LineLeader CRM for customer relationship management, and Sage Intacct for financial management.

Leading in UPK & EPK Classrooms

Our centers offer the most Universal Pre-Kindergarten (UPK) and Early Pre-Kindergarten (EPK) classrooms in the area. This extensive offering, coupled with our ability to negotiate rates higher than those provided by school districts, demonstrates our leadership in early childhood education.

Advocacy and Leadership in Childcare

We are heavily involved in advocacy efforts at both local and state levels. Our leadership role is evidenced by our participation in a local childcare and business leader panel at the request of a State Senator. Additionally, we have been invited to contribute to a statewide OCFS/Department of Education panel on EPK/UPK initiatives. We are also proud members of the Empire State Campaign for Child Care, furthering our commitment to advancing childcare policies and practices.
